Our most expensive stay while in 5 accommodations, 2 weeks across Nadi, Vanua Levu, Coral Coast and Denarau. Close to port if doing a day trip but otherwise Denarau has no beaches, no snorkel from shore. Not sure how it became popular. All is ‘pay more, receive less’. Accommodation was standard room. It was ok and staff were friendly and welcoming. Milk for tea only provided on day of check in. Room cleaning offered at 4pm after we just got back to room for a rest after exploring - a bit late after our ‘please make up my room’ sign had been out all day but I realise they need to prioritise rooms that have new guests arriving. No Netflix (which we also found in our coral coast accommodation) but quieter Vanua Levu had it. We were able to use our phone to get our own Aussie Netflix but only to phone. Wifi was intermittent in our room - which was our only poor wifi accommodation in the 2 weeks. Yes, it’s got a small pool. Note: Wotif pictures when click on ‘Standard room’ include pictures of a kitchen which had us fooled. They pertain to apartments.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage for our belongings. Location was excellent, just being a 2 minute walk to the marina with a number of food options and grocery store. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Highly recommended! The palms is an awesome place to stay at. Cross over to the marina that includes various shops and restaurants and buy souvenirs to choose from. Great wifi service. Staff very friendly and happy to cater for your needs. Will definitely go back to Fiji and stay at the palms again. Vinaka ❤️❤️

Perfect place to stay for an early morning ferry departure at Port Denarau. Only stayed one night, but rooms were clean, pool was lovely, and the food from the restaurant was good. Would stay again for convenience to the port.

Great location, clean room and good for a short term layover. The only downside was the shower flooded the bathroom and leaked into the bedroom. It didn't seem to bother the staff but they did provide additional towels quickly to clean up (it obviously happens frequently).

A surprise! Clean, spacious, full kitchen, washer/dryer. The attached cafe is good. Located next to the port for the ferry, very convenient. Would stay here again, no question.
