My stay at Crowne Plaza Nadi was genuinely uplifting, and I left feeling refreshed, cared for, and truly impressed by the experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff made every moment feel special through their kindness and attention to detail. The team’s energy and hospitality made the entire stay feel welcoming from the moment I arrived and I walked up to the counter for check-in and Watekini said “Bula” with a welcoming smile. Watekini made our check-in smooth and pleasant. The environment was clean, safe, and beautifully maintained, adding to the sense of comfort and relaxation. Crowne Plaza Nadi delivered a memorable and heartwarming experience. The staff’s attentiveness and thoughtfulness stood out in every interaction, and their genuine care made the stay feel special. I would happily return and recommend it to others.

Beautiful property. Nice staff. That's about where it ends. The included breakfast buffet was fine, but the other dining options were...not good. We tried them all, and they were all about the same. To add insult to injury, on the second day I got food poisoning from this resort, which lasted 2 weeks. It's clear that they push the guest spending as much money as possible. One night, at the bar, after buying a few drinks and paying one of the bartenders chased us down as we were leaving to tell us we should be tipping cash and not on the bill itself, because it gets split across all employees. Bit odd. The manager, who seemed nice though a little pushy, came to us one morning and told us he'd book us that evening for supper at one of the restaurants. We showed up that evening and the manager had forgotten to book, so we didn't have the reservation. Lovely. Our room was beautiful, but for some strange reason, they booked us at the same time as they were doing construction / repairs near. Every day, all day, sawing, hammering etc. Additionally, our shower kept clogging and overflowing in the room. The day before we left, we went to the lobby to ask about a taxi to the airport - my wife asked one of the bell boys who told us he could get a local taxi for $20 (how much we paid to come in from the airport). Another member of the staff overheard my wife and scolded the employee for not pushing the supported 'shuttle' the hotel pushes, which is $40 instead of $20. Bit jarring.

Staff and amenities were the highlight but nothing special was done as requested for our honeymoon. The small details really do matter. The food was below average. Healthy options were very minimal and when they were available it wasn’t as described. They also wouldn’t let us reheat our leftovers which I understand is food safety but we paid for it at your hotel so having microwaves for more family friendly amenities would impact the amount of people who stay. We paid a lot to be there so having good food is a must. The food was very disappointing especially considering how much you pay for it. We appreciate the staff and all their hard work. I’d suggest they make family friendly rooms for guests travelling with children.

The resort is quite new and the rooms are nice. Check in was quick and friendly. Many pools to choose from but none were “adult only”. The spa was disappointing, I booked a deluxe pedicure and when I arrived I had to sit in a chair at the reception area and the therapist sat on the floor. I’m afraid she didn’t do a be try his job of the polish either. I ordered room service, the fries were almost cold and the club sandwich had slices of bread so thick that I barely ate any of it. I was told to leave the tray outside my door and they would collect it but it was still there 12 hours later when I went to check out.
