The hotel staff is wonderful! The restaurant staff sang us a song as a farewell, it was very touching. We were also complementarily upgraded to a suite with a beautiful view of the beach. The staff at the Harvest restaurant was always very responsive and attentive(especially the manager), and they provided the best service! While we were at the hotel, the restaurant changed the composition of the dishes (for example, the ingredients of the salad or the sweetness of the mocktails) and this is great, it means the chef listens to the comments of the guests. There was so much food that my friend and I began to take one dish for two, although our package included a 3-course meal for each day. The construction was on the other side of the hotel, we never saw or heard it. Activities were amazing too!

Great location for a stopover in Fiji. 15 minutes from Nadi airport. Staff is outstanding, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The included buffet breakfast was amazing. The wide range of options, including international cuisine and glute free choices was incredible. I would highly recommend the Crown Plaza Nadi Fiji for families, couples, solo and business travelers alike as they have activities for everyone.

Excellent holiday at Crowne Plaza. Wonderful setting. Pool just magic. Staff unbelievable . Food just ok. Take a taxi to Denerau for good food at reasonable price. Italian restaurant at Crowne Plaza whilst food was good the portion was unbelievably small. We were refunded the charge after making our views known. Beware of taxis at airport. Some don have seat belts. Prebook with hotel and pay a little more to be safe.

Close to the Airport. Food was fantastic. Staff amazing. Good bars with different options. Swim up bar was the best and being able to book drinks and food to our room worked well for us. Great spot to go if you just want to relax in a great location with good pools and drinks.

This is a large hotel close to the airport which is convenient for departures. We thought it may be noisy because of air traffic, but the airport is small and not much air traffic. Hotel was quiet and had large pool areas-some right off our rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful, torch lighting was fun to watch. Food was good with lots of options from buffet to reserved seating (make sure to reserve if you want to get in!) Easy 15 min drive to airport. If availability allows, you can hold your room for a late check out (for a fee).

Great facility, staff was very friendly and helpful. Great amenities. Some construction around property and it was a little removed from shopping and restaurants. But multiple restaurants onsite.
