Some maintenance is necessary, peeling paint in the hallways, etc. Otherwise, it's a great place. Staff is amazing, parking is easy and everything we needed as far groceries, dining, etc was very accessible. Already booking for next year.

We really do enjoy the Baywatch Resort. The variety of pools are fantastic and are clean and well maintained. I never knew how much I’d appreciate an elevator so much, so quick and timely. Parking can be a bit of a challenge with pick ups, drop offs and unloading. Overall we’re very happy with our stay.

Every feature of my stay was excellent, including the pools, gym, restaurants, and parking were excellent. The staff was courteous, competent, professional. The room was luxurious; I had an excellent view, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen and bath were excellent. My only problem was with housekeeping. The carpet was excessively dirty to the point where my white socks turned black when I walked on the carpet. Obviously, this carpet hadn't been cleaned in several weeks. I brought this up to housekeeping but nothing could be done because the carpet had to be shampooed. I just put up with the dirt for the remainder of my stay. Also, I had to wait an hour for my room to be ready when I arrived which was also a housekeeping issue since I made these reservations in January. Everything about my stay was excellent except for the dirty carpet it seems odd that every feature of my stay was 5 STAR, but housekeeping was a 2 or 3 STAR. I will however stay at this resort in the future.

The front door was rusting and paint peeling. The tile in kitchen and bathroom looks dirty grout needs to be cleaned. The floors also felt sandy. Tv remote did not work - they can and fixed quickly. Also had problem with door keypad and stall changed code. Pretty quickly. Bathroom fan full of dust as was living area ceiling. Bathroom sink wasn't draining properly. Place smelled musty. Saw cockroaches in parking garage and indoor pool. Living area tv has lines down the middle.

Our unit was not clean The baseboards were filthy The whole unit needs to be painted Bath room rug was not washed. Just the unit was disgusting the rest if the place was nice When I went down and complained they said it was owner owned and next time book thru them!

Great vacation spot

Love the Resort. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It was spotless and very well kept. Seemed like there were employees everywhere. 3 restaurants/ bar & grills on site, plus a icecream shop/ gift shop. Very family friendly. Bonus it was right on the beach. We will definitely be back

Beautiful area, staff were friendly and on point, safe environment for the kids. The signs stated no life guard but they had a staff out at the pool are the entire time, security managing lobby area well, rooms well kept and clean outside needs a bit of work such as repainting , staff managing parking areas well. Good experience.

The staff was excellent! Super friendly & accommodating. Pools were clean & well kept. The beach, wow, just beautiful! We ate at the cafe & the food was good. Italian ice cart at the pool was fantastic! Our room was clean with a beautiful view! Room condition: could have used a refresher on the paint & an upgrade to the living room chairs. Ice machine didn't work. Resort location is a little far from the main tourist spots (we had to uber), but it was fine, we were only there for a weekend. Barefoot Landing (recommended by the staff) was a $10-$15 uber & a fantastic place! Shopping, food, entertainment. All-in-all, a fantastic trip! We'd book it again.

Thr room was a little rougher than pictured. The doors were rusting over and carpet in the halls had a smell ,Smelt like it was mildewed( understandable to a degree due to location). The bathroom tub was taken apart and left exposed but staff fixed it right away. The parking was a little inconvenient. They did keep outside picked up and there was always security patroling everywhere from parking garage to facility. View was great. Our particular rooms living room wasnt great. Furniture stained walls needed repainting, it was rougher than i was expecting for sure. I would stay at this facility again but would not stay in this particular room again. The best thing about it was the view and staff was friendly.
