Semi-detached house with 5 rooms of approximately 100 m².
Ground floor:
Fitted kitchen (renovated in 2025): hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker and electric kettle, toaster.
The kitchen opens onto the living room (60 m²) with sofa, 2 armchairs, stone fireplace, rustic style furniture. TV with satellite reception.
Bathroom: shower cabin, bidet, washbasin.
Separate toilet.
Floor:
Four wallpapered rooms (140 bed, 2 x 2 90cm beds, 140 bed) 2 baby beds.

Vakantie Boerderij.
Zeer leuk huisje bij een gezellig plaatsje, Muzillac. Veel te doen in de omgeving, kastelen historische stadjes etc. Vlak bij een leuk Kustplaatsje Pen Lan.
Huisje had alles wat beschreven was en vriendelijke beherders, (spraken alleen frans, maar het waren natuurlijk ook fransen).
1 opmerking: het huisje is onderdeel van een actief boeren bedrijf, en het nadeel daarvan is dat je bij een bepaald windrichting ook de varkens ruikt. Dit hadden wij wel gelezen in de recenties dus waren er een beetje op voorbereidt. Maar dit zou volgens ons wel in de beschrijving opgenomen mogen worden als standaard informatie.

Oui pour le bien, non pour les odeurs !
Le bien mis en location est joli de l'extérieur, mais assez sombre à l'intérieur, l'équipement est correct, manque un surgélateur, on devait faire les courses tous les deux jours ! La literie est nouvelle, donc bonne. Comme je suis assez maniaque, la propreté sous les lits, sur les clinches de portes et le lavabo du haut n'était pas top ! Les propriétaires sont très gentils, madame nous apportait des tomates et courgettes de son jardin. Merci encore à Madame.
L'espace que les enfants avait pour faire du vélo sans danger était fabuleux, idem pour le tennis.
Le point négatif... l'odeur des cochons qui par moment nous prenait à la gorge, surtout au moment des repas qu'on avait la chance de pouvoir prendre au jardin vu le beau temps ! A la fin, on ne la supportait plus . Dommage.
La région nous a beaucoup plu, nous avons fait de belles excursions et découvert des coins qu'on ne connaissait pas.
