We had a great time, a beautiful unit, Beds are very comfortable! I would suggest a K cup coffee maker as shown in the picture....:) But over all, I give it a 9 We will for sure book this unit again!! Only draw back, the den sofa's sink down so low!

The view was breathtaking, as if we could reach out and touch the water even though we were on the 10th floor.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall I enjoyed my stay at Waters Edge Resort. I did have issues with the door lock not opening. The first time maintenance was dispatched and got the door open and said it was repaired. The following day I got locked out again and they replaced the lock. The master bedroom did not cool as well as the rest of the unit, making it a little uncomfortable at night. Elevators were always busy and had to wait sometimes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was easy. Unit was reasonably clean. Could have used a good dusting. Ice maker didn't work. Called and maintenance came and said they would have to "look into it". We're thinking this has been broken for a long time. Buy some ice. Balconies were wonderful. Nice to have 2. Main sitting room was large with big screen tv. These are sleeper sofas so not as comfortable as a regular sofa. Bedrooms are comfortable size. Bathrooms are a little small but still fine. Kitchen had most everything we needed, but we didn't cook a lot. Tastefully decorated throughout. I would recommend.

Our Summer Vacation

We cleaned everything up. The sliding door in the living room was very hard to open. We thought it may have been off the track. Otherwise the condo was quiet and to our liking.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 2nd time we have stayed in the same unit because we love that particular one. When we reserved this unit back in March of this year we did not receive any notification that the pool/hot tub and surrounding area was a complete mess and not usable. We didn't find out until we looked over the balcony. It was so disppointing!!! The unit seemed clean but the towels, that were wrapped in one of our bundles, were dirty. There were no trashcans nor trashbags in the bathrooms. There was also no instruction on how to use each TV. We continually got error messages on the main one in the den. Not everyone is familiar with Spectrum Cable. We all have streaming services.

The kitchen was very ill equiped. We had to buy a baking sheet to make biscuits (which we left), The pans were in terrible condition. Very little selection on mixing bowls. In general if you plan on cooking, this is not the place to stay,The condo was fairly clean. The was some kind of red sauce splattered on the wall beside the stove and above on the ceiling. The cabinets were dirty. The bedroom floors were dirty. In general, with covid, I expected more cleanliness. The beach was great. The pools were clean. Overall, I will stay elsewhere in the future,

One month at the beach

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location. Building a bit old. Indoor spa closed for repair during the whole stay. Indoor pool was not inviting... Condo was as per picture. 3 bedrooms. However short of dishes, pots and pans for a party of 4. A/C not strong enough for condo even when the outside tempreture was less than 75. Can’t imagine how bad it would be in summer time. Cleaning was ok and the mattress were perfect.
