Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful week in this beautifully decorated condo in Inlet Pointe in Garden City! It had everything you need! Our only issue is the dryer heat element is out so it takes forever to dry anything, unfortunately wasting energy. Other than this easy fix it, the place was great and is highly recommended!

Reviewer Comments: The condo was amazing BUT an owner was there with their pet and allowed their dog to poop all over the mulch as well as on the side walk to the beach access and made no attempt to pick it up.

Loved the automatic lock and towels and sheets being included in the rental. The unit was wonderful and well furnished and decorated. We will be back!

It was advertised as with TV but it was set up for streaming with no instructions available. It was advertised with no WiFi and we likely would look for something with it available The toilets are very low to the floor and should be raised for better convivence! We are Senior Citizens and was just the two of us. We really don't mean this as a complaint but suggestions to make it more friendly and comfortable!

When paying as much money as we did, there should be at least be cable or internet. Garden City Realty should have let us know this. Because of the pandemic we stayed in at night with very little television. It was a disappointment.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed the Inlet Point pool and dock areas. Sunday Morning we contacted the reality company maintenance number about missing slats in the first floor balcony door and that bugs were distressing our guests using the number 2 bedroom. Monday afternoon someone from maintenance came saying that spare slats were under a bed. No slats were found so they left indicating they would rerun with slats. No mention of the bug issue was made. Thursday morning we made a third call about the blind slats and that afternoon someone did arrive toinstall the missing slats. Nothing was ever done about our bug problem in the bedroom so our guests spent most of the week sleeping in the unprivate slattless living room instead of the bedroom that I was paying for. I can’t tell you how disappointed I am with GardenCity Realty’s maintenance. I have been bringing my family to Inlet Point on beach trips for over 35 years and have never had to deal with these conditions.

The room was neat and tidy when we arrived and everything was in it's place. The view was convenient for watching the pool and keeping an eye on children.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and views. Very convenient to parking and no stairs. Unfortunately has not been updated in several years and tons of magazines fill all the cubby holes you could be using. One wall of outlets and outside light not working when we arrived and still not working when we left. Wiring issue not breaker. Ran extension cord across living room so we could watch college World Series. As a customer I think wi-fi and DVDs player are a minimum requirement and clean vents and walls should also be standard. My family still had a wonderful time because we were together. Just wish owners would take some pride and clean up there nice condo.

The other guests and residents were all very nice and respectful. The HOA maintenance staff does a fabulous job of keeping the exterior and pool area looking pristine. This unit comfortably fits a family of four. Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the unit and lack of basic upkeep. As for cleanliness: Our unit had hair everywhere- hair balls in the floor, loose hairs stuck on the walls and hairballs in the drains. It really grossed me out. We were also left in the dark as the majority of the light bulbs in the unit were burned out. A little attention to detail could have made this a perfect experience.
