Excellent

Excellent stay - calm, comfortable and welcoming resort. Staff were polite and helpful. Activities all through the day. Huge pool with plenty of loungers. Lots of outside seating. Pool bar with plenty of tables.

Lovely place, we stayed there for 3 nights with our 3 year old daughter and the place was perfect, if you looking for a place to stay with children look no further. All amenities are so well maintained pool, playgrounds etc. Children pool with slides is perfect for a 3 year old and older children. All inclusive option is great, tasty food and lots of options in restaurant as well as snack bar and extras in the pool area. Restaurant service is top and everything is so tidy and clean despite the amount of quests. Entertainment program is also good, there is a pool fitness for adults and nice evening programs to sit with a drink. Can honestly recommend this place 👌 not to mention that playa the muro is about 10 min of pleasant walk from the resort.

Good for families

Great hotel for families. Pools, green area, entartainment. The downside is the poor Internet connection, twin bedds (we preffer double ones) and the lack of a stove in the room for the self catering. Also there is air conditioning but no heating. The persinnel is very nice and helped us each time we need it.

Hotel familiar, sin lujos pero con todo lo necesario para disfrutar y relajarse en la piscina, que es grande y con muchas hamacas. Estuvimos en régimen de todo incluido y durante el día había mucha variedad de comida en el bar de la piscina, caliente, fría, fruta, helados... Ademås las bebidas que incluye son de calidad.

Probably the best family hotel in the area!!!

We had a great family vacation! This is really a very good hotel if you want to relax and have your kids enjoying the pools and all the facilities they have. I must say the food was the best all-inclusive hotel food we had, big variarity to choose from. Of course the big thank you to the staff that made our vacation so great!

Wir waren als Familie mit Grundschulenkindern dort, offenbar wird es demnÀchst renoviert, was in unserem Zimmer auch empfehlenswert wÀre, es ist etwas Àlter gewesen... Aber die Anlage, das Personal, die Möglichkeiten, das Essen - super! Es ist uns beinahe schwer gefallen, die Insel zu erkunden, weil das Hotel so viel zu bieten hatte.

Wir sind als vierköpfige Familie in dieses Hotel gereist. Das Zimmer/Wohnung hatte leider nur 1 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Betten und im Wohn- und Kochbreich eine sehr kleine Schlafcouch. Dies konnte man anhand der Bildern und Beschreibungen im Vorfeld nicht herauslesen. Im Zimmer haben BettbezĂŒge und HandtĂŒcher gefehlt. Das Reinigungspersonal war aber so freundlich und hat uns ausgeholfen. Die KĂŒche war wirklich sehr spĂ€rlich eingerichtet. Ansonsten war es sauber und aufgerĂ€umt. Das Reinigungspersonal kam tĂ€glich. FĂŒr uns war das Essen leider eine Katastrophe. Ich finde es sehr grenzwertig, dass im Restaurant keine Allergene und Inhaltsstoffe gekennzeichnet sind und man IMMER beim Personal nachfragen soll. Das Personal wusste selbst nicht Bescheid und sagt mal soll mit dem Chef sprechen. Das bedeutet 3x am Tag hoffen, jemanden zu finden der einem Alles zeigen kann. Das ist sehr anstrengend und könnte durch einfache Kennzeichnung Allen alles erleichtern. Wir hatten leider schon den 2. Tag infolge Unwohlsein aufgrund des Essens, da wir einige Sachen nicht vertragen. Erschwerend kam hinzu, dass viele Mitarbeitenden in der KĂŒche gar kein Englisch verstanden haben. Durch den angrenzenden See gab es wirklich unfassbar viele MĂŒcken. Schade, dass das Hotel selbst rein gar nichts dagegen aufstellt oder unternimmt. Leider gab es nur ein Fahrrad mit Kindersitz zum Ausleihen. Das ist sehr schade in so einem großen Hotel mit so vielen GĂ€sten und Kindern.

NatĂŒrlich ein Familienhotel aber immer und ĂŒberall nur laut, auch in der Nacht. Nichts erholsames, Restaurant der Kampf um einen Tisch und ewige Schlangen zum Anstehen. Und soooo laut. Essen jedoch sehr gut mit abwechselnder Auswahl. Beim Check out nicht mal die Frage, wie es gefallen hat ?!??!!!

Mehrfach entstanden Wartezeiten zu den Mahlzeiten insbesondere zum Abendessen, Lange Schlangen an der einzigen GetrĂ€nkebar mit einer Wartezeit bis zu 20 Minuten, schlechte QualitĂ€t einiger Lebensmittel (das gebratene Rindfleisch war zĂ€h wie Leder, Spiegeleier und RĂŒhreier waren kalt, gewĂŒrzt wĂŒrde nur sehr spĂ€rlich). Die Apartments waren zwar sauber, aber sehr abgewohnt. Die Versprochene Aussicht auf das Naturschutzgebiet wurde nicht gewĂ€hrt. Die Internetbilder versprechen etwas anderes als die RealitĂ€t. Sehr zufrieden waren wir mit dem höfflichen und sehr freundlichen Personal. Jedoch wĂŒrden wir diese Unterkunft nicht noch einmal buchen.

Ett hotell som passar familjer med mindre barn. Vi reste med tvÄ barn 8 resp 11 Är som inte uppskattade underhÄllningen. Maten var OK, men tröttnar lÀtt dÄ det Àr samma mat. TrÄngt vid pollen och besökarna bokade upp solstolarna tidigt pÄ morgonen sÄ inte alltid det fanns plats med skugga vilket Àr jobbigt i 36 graders vÀrme. VÀnlig personal, bra lÄg ca 5 min promenad till stranden, supermarket över gatan och nÀra till busshÄllplatsen.

die Anlage ist sehr schön, die NÀhe und der Blick zum Naturpark traumhaft. Die Pools sind super, und das Kinderprogramm sehr gut! Aber es scheint in die Jahre gekommen zu sein und mit dem Zimmer kann man auch sehr Pech haben: wir hatten ein sehr verschimmeltes Bad und der Geruch von Gammel (aus dem Abfluss oder aus der Klima-Anlage?) fiel unangenehm auf.
