Good flat but hard to communicate

Flat condition was good and clean. But it was really difficult to contact to them by phone for checking in. And it's already passed more than a week since I stayed but my deposit has not been paid back to me yet. I tried to call them several times to the provided number but I couldn't reach them. Still waiting for returning my deposit.

Property was fine. Reasonably close to the Christmas market and shopping. For our family of 6 it was a bit small. Host was excellent. They were very helpful with questions we sent them before arriving in Munich and very please thank and helpful during the check in.

Hard to find, no reception or lobby. The number of guests was not correctly communicated from Expedia to the property manager. Also, I didn't like that they took pictures of all passports including the kids.

Great family trip

The place is very nice, clean, comfortable and near of train station. The deposit has to be given in cash they do not have the credit card option and we had an early check out but they took the money the previous night

Apartments ideal for an inexpensive trip

Staff member was very welcoming upon arrival at the apartments, offering help on what to do in the city, gave us a selection of drinks to welcome us which was a nice touch. Apartment itself was a giod size for 5 lads and was what we wanted. Clean and tidy. Location is good as within walking distance of most things. And tucked away from the main street so didnt have any noise disturbing us. Overall would reccomend to use for a weekend away. And if we were to go to munich again we would stay here again. Thanks.

Kann das Hotel nicht bewerten da wir es nicht nutz

Ca 15' den Zugang gesucht(schlecht ausgeschildert, liegt in zweiter Reihe), handelt sich um eine Wohnanlage , die privaten Bewohner waren sichtlich genervt und gaben an, ständig Ärger mit diesem Vermieter zu haben, auf Klopfen , Klingeln und Rufen öffnete niemand, dann angerufen, der Herr am Telefon sagte, er könne erst in einer halben Bis Stunde da sein, wir hätten ja die Ankunftszeit nicht angegeben. Nachdem ich sagte, dass das nirgends verlangt worden sei, wurde er patzig und sagte, wir könnten ja stornieren und uns beschweren. Das tun wir hiermit. Da wir einen festen Termin hatten und uns vorher noch frisch machen wollten, habe ich kommentarlos aufgelegt und wir haben uns in ein Hotel nebenan eingebuchtet. Sehr sehr ärgerlich!! Und teuer! Die Bewertung der Innenräume könnten wir nicht beurteilen
