My stay at Hotel Bayers was better than I expected. The room was immaculate and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is situated 5 minutes walk from München Hauptbahnhof and has some great amenities and pubs nearby. Highly recommend.

The hotel was fine for the price and very conveniently located. But it was in a somewhat dodgy area and it was very noisy. It also had very little amenities (not even a shower cap). The staff was very nice and helpful but had clearly been told not to allow any early check ins - we arrived 30 mins early to be told there was no way we would be allowed in

We liked the location of this property as well as the cleanliness. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Very fair prices on mini bar items which is convenient. I would definitely consider booking again when returning to Munich.

Superb trip

Rooms much nicer than in the photos. The immediate 100 metres by the hotel is not so great but within 2 minutes walk you're in the old town. Great location for transport links too. Staff were very friendly and the room was spotlessly clean and was tended to daily. Free water bottles int he room each day too. I was expecting a basic hotel but got something which felt much more premium. Nice, quiet, relaxing place with all the facilities I needed. No bar/restaurant here but a huge number of options are on your doorstep. Great!

We arrived early and left the luggage at the hotel. When we came back to check in at 3pm, we were told that our luggage is already in our assigned room. That was really sweet and thoughtful of them. The staffs are polite and helpful. Room is of reasonable size for 2 persons and a few steps outside the hotel are entrances to a few metro/train stations. Location is very convenient.

Super close to the train station. An easy walk into Munich City Center. Decent security. Nice sized room. Only negative was the street noise which was significant.

Too noisy for me. I realized after spending some time in the room that I would not be able to sleep at night. I heard crowd noises outside and the street cars/trams run regularly about every 60 seconds right outside the windows. It is the main tram route from the train station. I repacked and moved to a hotel around the corner, which was much much nicer and better.

This hotel is okay for staying a couple of nights. I got a room on the sixth floor, and it was quite loud. I closed all windows and I could still hear everything that was going on outside, so I had a very bad couple of nights of sleep. The sheets are old, and even have holes. The towels were stained. It wasn't super clean, since I even found a hair on my bed. On the bright side, they do offer free sleepers, and you get to have a mini fridge. Water, tea and coffee are free. Check out is at 11, and they can store your luggage for free. If the girls are around, they provide a great service and are super friendly. The older man, not so much. They don't have a restaurant, but location is great! There are so many hotels in the area, choose wisely!
