We check in late and receptionists is not very welcoming. Her customers service skill is very poorly. She didn’t even offer us a map, when she knows we are only staying one night. The room is so small for 3 people, and what they should us online was completely different room. I have stayed at Hilton all over the world and this by far the worst Hilton I stayed.

Burned eggs

They let us in our room a little early, but it wasnt exactly clean. The gentle that checked us in was very kind and helpfull. We had asked for an extra cot for our son, and it was there. We went out for dinner and when we came back our stuff had been moved and the cot was taken. A short conversation with the front desk, and they brought our cot back. The breakfast is pretty good, the omlette guys both morning burned my omlette but the rest was nice. I don't know what the deal with german cooks burning eggs are but here's a tip, when it turns brown, its burned. Try the asain place directly across the street, it is sooooo gooood!

This is a great hotel with a fantastic location. It’s just a short walk to the subway station, offering easy access to key attractions like Marienplatz—only a few stops away—or a pleasant 20-minute walk. The famous Deutsches Museum is also just around the corner, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process. We felt well taken care of from start to finish, which definitely enhanced our experience. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room to relax after a day of sightseeing. However, it’s worth noting that some areas showed signs of wear and tear. For example, the reading lamps near the bed were no longer functioning, and the bathroom door was quite squeaky. While these were minor inconveniences, they did slightly detract from an otherwise excellent stay. Despite these small issues, I would still highly recommend this hotel for its location, service, and overall comfort

“Great stay for a family vacation! The Hilton in Munich provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our entire family. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make us feel welcome. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and major attractions. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options that pleased both adults and kids. Highly recommended for families visiting Munich!”
