This single-storey gîte is located in the village of Mouriès, in the heart of the Alpilles, just 15 minutes from Les Baux de Provence, 20 minutes from St Rémy de Provence and 30 minutes from Arles. It has 2 private terraces, one to the north and one to the south, with garden furniture, deckchairs and plancha. It adjoins another seasonal rental and a vacant apartment.



The gîte comprises :

- Living room with sofa bed 140x190cm, coffee table, flat-screen TV and stereo. Dining area for 3 people. Open-plan kitchen equipped with 4-burner induction hob, extractor hood, washing machine, small 6-cup dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, combined microwave, mixer, multi-function food processor and oven. Reversible air-conditioning.

- One bedroom with 160x200cm bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, reversible air-conditioning, quality bedding and access to a 5m² private terrace with garden furniture.

- A bathroom with a 90x170cm Italian-style shower, washbasin and heated towel rail.

- Separate WC.



Private, shaded parking in front of the gîte. Access to the gîte via the main 20 m² terrace.
