"The room did not have a blow dryer. Unclear if the room had heat. Could not find heater and it got down to 48 degrees. Wednesday morning, waitress did not show up so we did not get to eat breakfast in the restaurant because they did not open at 8 am. They had no clue when she would show and their plan was no waitress/ no open. "
