Enjoy a unique experience staying in this modern, eco-friendly, passive country cottage! Your home away from home in Morristown with 2 bedrooms, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and a lovely patio with a gas Weber grill. Guests will enjoy all new stainless steel appliances, a comfortable queen bed in bedroom 1 and a modern queen pullout sofa in the second private bedroom/game room. Let's not forget the fire pit with wood provided for those evening outdoor fires under the bright stars! Our house meets all passive house standards! The airtight construction has superior insulation and moisture resistance to keep its guests comfortable during Northeastern winters, yet cool and comfy during the summer. Guests can enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, AC, and a washer and dryer. The bathroom comes with a hairdryer and a refreshing shower. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

Great Stowe Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the Passive House. Everything was just as described in the listing. Pam was an excellent host who checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We have stayed in many rentals in the Stowe area and this is the first one my kids asked if we could book again. Looking forward to more getaways at the passive house.
