Overall, we felt the stay didn’t feel worth the cost unfortunately. Pros: - The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. - The bed was comfortable. - The location was pretty convenient. Not far from town, but still in a quiet area. - The lobby and exterior had a charming aesthetic that made a nice first impression. Cons: - The room had very little lighting, which made it feel dim even during the day. - The bathroom was extremely tight. Difficult to move around in. No full length mirror. - The room itself was much smaller than we expected, with not enough space to open two suitcases. - We had many ladybugs flying around in the room (apparently it's common in early autumn), although the staff responded quickly and cleaned them up right after we asked. - There was no elevator access to the room, which made carrying heavy luggage up the stairs inconvenient.

The rooms are well designed and the beddings comfortable. Parking outside the room which has a wonderful view of the foliage outside. Staff was helpful and friendly. Loved their in room coffee. Really enjoyed it! Also liked the food at Picasso nearby. Highly recommend this gem to anybody. Great hotel chain!

We were in the New England area for a week. This was one of our stops, and it was the most expensive one-day hotel room I've ever paid for. The pictures on your booking site did not match the sad room we got. Small, basic at best, lamps with no lampshades, a TV so small that you couldn't see it from the bed. We were shocked and extremely disappointed.

Hotel is very clean but for the money, it better be. Room was on the 3rd for which is not where I wanted to be...Maybe they stuff the Hotel.com customers there. Could not get them to put us in a lower room. I'm 73yo and carting bags up stairs to a room is not what I was looking to do.
