Great views and decent rooms, but... while I understand during the winter months there is an interruption in services, but to charge a "resort fee" when no services except the outdoor hot tub are open seems like a money grab. No where did the expedia listing mention either the resort fee or the fact that the restaurant and bar were closed for the season.

I have mixed reviews on the staff. The young girl at the front desk was very helpful when we needed to extend our stay an extra day. However, the cleaning crew played VERY loud music as they cleaned the rooms near ours. We’d had a very long drive the day before, and were not happy with the loud music and loud talk. Very inconsiderate.

absolutely love this place! it was my fifth stay at this hotel. Spectacular view, service. I love having option of pool and hot tub even in the winter.
