I loved this hotel. Nothing fancy but the vibe is low key and casual… loved the oceanfront location and balcony on each room. The area behind the hotel is so cool, sandy area with tables overlooking the beach as well as a pool and tiki bar. The restaurant is very good, biscuits were homemade and best I’ve had. The staff was so helpful and pleasant. Nice beach chairs and umbrellas. The a/c is cool and bed very comfy!

great place, lovely staff only few issues when arrived had outstanding balance for parking 65 dollars wasn't aware had to deal with, tv signal was pretty bad but got better Sunday morning and air conditioning can't put below 70 and I'm a cold sleeper so that kinda sucked and shower pressure was non existent but the bed was nice the rooms was nice and had lovely bar outside for people and restaurant inside ❤️

When we checked in the customer service asked excessive unnecessary personal questions of my guest and myself. Never had such foolishness before in my life of traveling. Our phone services were out the window and could only make calls if their Wi-Fi allowed us to do so. Horrible experience for the weekend. The elevator went out and we had to take the stairs. The washcloths were soiled and we had to ask for more. We had to get the desk clerk to turn the television because the remote did not correspond with it. We paid almost 400$ plus an unknown 21$ per night parking fee for a horrible stay.

We just had the most amazing weekend. The reason why I rated the cleanliness a 4 is just because the property is older. The customer service is 100%. We watched the staff serve the guests for the over 12 hours and they were so kind the entire time. Food is amazing, the drinks were amazing. I

Loved the location, very nice outdoor facilities with the beach chairs and umbrellas. I was very disappointed in the outdoor bar by the pool. Ordered 2 Painkillers….which was described and Rum, Rum and more Rum. They were $15 each (no price posted) and there was either zero rum or so little it couldnt be tasted. I’ve had painkillers and this was just a cup full of ice and juice. Now I see why the bartender kept running inside to the bar to fix the drinks. No one could watch. Other than that, we were pleased with the stay and will come back, but bring our own beverages next time.

Well, The playground was very nice for kids, but the pool was not heated, the room door was stuck so you had to kick it to open, the pass key card failed 4 times in two days, hot tub was nice, rooms are kinda small, had to go to front desk to get towels every day, and my biggest problem was that there was no washer and dryer to use on site so you had to go into town and find a laundromat. Overall if you are going for a couple of days it a nice place, but if looking for a place for a week or two, not so much......

Room air conditioner is placed terribly. It always blows cold air right on ur bed n there is no way to control this. If you switch it off room is hot n humid. We never got a house keeping staying there for 3 nights. When asked they said we need to request for house keeping in the morning itself, which was never told to us during checkin or neither written anywhere. We had our upstair neighbors partying with loud music till late midnight n the walking n moving furniture sounds are for us to enjoy in the downstairs.overall it was a bad experience staying here. They also charge you a $21 parking fees which you ll get to know while checking in.

It was just bad. Our balcony door wouldn’t open. We only realized this after we had settled in. We were only at the hotel for one evening and it was disappointing. Breakfast yesterday was also a no-go. We waited for 20 mins to be seated before we decided to leave. There were only 2 tables of people eating and the staff didn’t even acknowledge that there were people awaiting seating. It was weird. On a positive note, the air conditioning was more than adequate.

The good: Love the ocean front room. The view is beautiful. The restaurant downstairs is convenient and decent. The not so good: The beach chairs and umbrellas are in a sad state, falling apart. They used to charge for them. They can't anymore, so they now charge $20 plus tax per day to park in their parking lot at the hotel. The design of the double room has the air conditioner blowing on the face of the person in the bed closest to the sliding glass door. The ice machine was down on our floor for the entire trip. The offered beach towels are small mismatched bath towels. We have stayed here for the past 6 years and are disappointed with the recent changes
