I really enjoyed the suite that we stayed in. There was a bit of a hiccup, with something in the room. The front desk had the issue resolved in an extremely quick time frame. The bed was also very comfy.

Was told that only 6 people:was Allow in the pool 12 people could be around pool..... only 2people was in the pool had to leave because they where closing the pool on a Saturday night at 8:50 pm I'm upset fell on the ground at boat slip hurt my leg so bad bleeding and very bruised still worried going to my doctor when i get home this is day two going on three and no better told manger they need to put a sign up she told me she was told they where still no sign after almost three days. Door didn't shut had to leftward up to close you could hear people getting on the elevator just like they was in your room. People at front desk said that i rented a nothing room on 29-30 already had paid for room on 27 28 check out on 30. I believe there just don't care!!!

Thank you for your review. I am disappointed to know that we were unable to meet your expectations during your stay with us. We will evaluate if we need to post signs on our boat slips. We have not had any incidents before and I will address this personally with our on-site team. I understand your frustration with some of the changes in amenities due to COVID-19 as this has been a challenging time as operators to provide the right mix of service and safety for our guests and our associates. We are closing our pool earlier due to the fact that we do not have enough staff to monitor the facility in order to ensure that we are following state regulations regarding COVID-19. We apologize if this was not communicated to you prior. I will make sure that our Executive Coordinator reaches out to you regarding your incident report so that we can rectify this. We are seniors with some issues with steps. His knee replacement and my back problems. We were on the second floor. We understand a elevator is being installed, which is a plus. The bathrooms need grab bars in the bathtub or just showers in some rooms. Basically the hotel is good.

The condition was not good, mild in the shower, air conditioner was loud and right over the bed, tv controls were everywhere, no amenities, u safe to walk to the beach.

Palm Suites has not fully repaired after the 2018 huricane. Initial room offered had some water damage and black mold. Room for stay had some fit & finish issues but staff was friendly and accomodating.

This last visit was rather disappointing. Hard time checking in. There was some confusion that appeared to take both desk workers. After standing around for 30 minutes I was given my room key in a few minutes. Lady was apologetic.. Then I got to my room.. The fit and finish was lack luster compared to other rooms I have stayed. the most disappointing thing was the TV. Outdated, hard to see, and poor audio out of this TV was next level awful. And the spectrum tv service was worse. Took way too long to load the guide, then I was a real fool and tried to load the on demand stuff. It was undefendable. Really not impressed.

Looks nothing like the advertised picture, room much worse and had bugs. Staff, what staff? Fire alarm went off at night and there was no one there at all. Comes up as oceanfront but it's nowhere near it
