We were very disappointed in our room at Palm Suites. It definitely needs an update. Cabinets in bathroom were peeling, tub was old and looked dirty, the kitchen cabinets were faded and looked old. There was only one small lamp in room, no beside lamps or nightstands. It was the last night of our 50th anniversary trip which made it more disappointing. Would not recommend to anyone without a view of the room that was booked. The lobby was beautiful but the room was a huge disappointment.

Our room was very clean, well furnished and had a lovely view of the marsh for peaceful evenings on the patio. The front desk staff is lovely and the hotel is walkable to Atlantic Beach and just a short drive over the bridge to great dining in Morehead City and Beaufort. I will keep this hotel on my list of first choices for the area.
