Inside of property exactly as described and place was clean. We did see a couple of large spiders but otherwise no other insects or pest inside. There were some bees/yellow jackets outside. Neighborhood was quiet and had a nice walking trial behind it. The property is a duplex and shares the back yard with another unit. Bathrooms were well stocked with soap and lotion and plenty of soft towels for use. The ensuite bathroom did not have door. This was not as issue for my family but may be for others depending on make up of travelers. Kitchen had all the supplies needed and then some. The pans were a bit scratched from prior use but there was a large variety of cookware to choose from.Property was very close to stores and airport.

The house was very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked. Beds were comfortable.The heating was different than what we were accustomed to. It took us a while to figure out how to operate the units and get the house at a comfortable temperature.

Great place to stay! Beds were great, hot tub was enjoyable after long day riding our motorbikes to Durango.Kitchen fully stocked, even though we didn't do any cooking there. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful time in Montrose

Great place to stay for our trip to Black Canyon of the Gunnison, Crested Butte, Ute Museum, Museum of the Mountain West and hiking. Host communicated quickly, house is very clean and kitchen was fully stocked. Great location. Nice neighborhood.
