Appart' hôtel que je recommande sans hésitation 👍. Parking payant dans la résidence, à proximité de tout, la mer est à 1min vraiment parfait ☀️. Le personnel et les résidents sont accueillants, très bon rapport qualité prix, appartement propre et spacieux (manque juste un sèche cheveux, une planche à découper et un cendrier à disposition sur la terrasse) mais cela est vraiment un petit détail. Nous reviendrons, et bon séjour à tous les futurs voyageurs ☀️🍹🌊

Un séjour d'une semaine pour se relaxer. Accueil chaleureux,appartement spacieux et calme avec terrasse ensoleillée.Le parking sous la résidence est très pratique pour la voiture. Restaurant de la résidence testé: personnel très gentil et bon rapport qualité- prix. Un grand merci à Jérôme qui à tout fait pour rendre notre séjour encore plus confortable. Etablissement que nous recommandons sans hésiter!

Chambre propre et spacieuce intégré dans une maison de repos pour Seniors. Cela n est pas annoncé sur le site, mais ce n est pas très gênant. Faut juste pas compter sur une réception H24, ni sur le petit déjeuner (contrairement à ce qu indique Hotels). Parking sécurisé sur place mais impossible de rentrer directement dans l établissement depuis le parking (badge nécessaire). J ai du ressortir du parking pour pouvoir rentrer...

Résidence avec beau potentiel, bien placé à Palavas. Accueil toutefois assez froid, chambre pas propre avec des aliments qui étaient restés dans un placard et ont moisi… replacer dans une autre chambre qui n'avait à ma grande surprise par de placard pour ranger ses affaires… Lit dans la cuisine/salle à manger. Sinon résidence et couloir propre et calme.

Le bâtiment est tout neuf et la chambre que nous avons reçue n'était pas prête (pas de lampes de chevet, pas de canapé, pas de brosse pour toilettes, les skotchs du frigo tout neuf pas enlevés, équipement de la cuisine insuffisant, etc). C'est quand même pas difficile de vérifier une chambre avant de la louer, non ? Ca nous a couté du temps et de l'énergie de régler tout ça (on a dû changer de chambre pour une nuit, qui était moins bien située, puis revenir dans la chambre de départ une fois préparée). Le début des vacances gâché, mais nous avons quand même passé un bon séjour.

Pourrait être génial mais...

Si on a la chance d'avoir un studio qui donne sur le patio c'est tout simplement génial, surtout avec la plage à 2 mn à pieds, mais... Studio très spacieux, avec une jolie terrasse, grand lit très confortable, salle de fitness accessible 24h/24, billard, local vélo sécurisé. Mais fortement déconseillé pour un long séjour : il n'y a rien pour faire la vaisselle (éponge, liquide vaisselle, torchon ont du être achetés...), batterie de cuisine réduite au strict minimum, un super four mais aucun plat qui va au four, pas de tire-bouchon (un comble !), 1 seule table de nuit pour un studio 2 personnes, pas de tapis de salle de bain et pas de plateau de convivialité comme annoncé, et juste un kit "beauté" (gel douche, savon, etc..) pour une seule personne et un seul jour. C'est dommage parce que ça pourrait être une excellente adresse.

Points négatifs : × pas de climatisation: température à 29°C dans la chambre. Donc obligé d'ouvrir la fenêtre qui donne sur la route, avec camion poubelle à 5h du matin. × manque de mobilier/affaires : pas de torchon, pas de poubelle dans la salle de bain, pas de nécessaire pour étendre les serviettes de plage × rupture disponibilité de serviettes à partir de notre 2ème jour, jusqu'à la fin. × Rapport qualité/prix n'est pas au rendez-vous × Accueil rapide mais convenable. J'ai lu des commentaires disant Accueil chaleureux, je ne suis pas de cet avis, les personnes au bureau de la réception, sont collés à leur smartphone, avec écouteurs quelque fois. De très rares sourires. Points positifs: + résidence calme de l'intérieur, parfait pour séjour en couple, attention aux amis voulant faire la fête... résidence séniors. + parking intérieur, couvert et privé.

Studio à Palavas, à 2 pas de la mer.

Un séjour inégal avec des points positifs et du négatif dans cette résidence mixte (vacanciers et personnes âgées) En positif : - ambiance paisible et cadre de vie agréable dans la résidence sécurisée - un appartement neuf lumineux et plutôt spacieux avec une grande terrasse mais qui donne sur une route passante. - une salle de sport bien équipée - des espaces communs (salons..) agrémentés de jeux de sociétés, livres, billard à disposition - la situation très proche de la mer (2' à pied) - parking sous le bâtiment et donc ombragé - gentillesse, politesse et efficacité de l'une des personnes de l'accueil - cuisine bien équipée Points à améliorer : - pas de clim ni ventilateur - manque de patères dans la salle de bain - une seconde table de chevet Nous avons rencontré un souci : la réduction Prix Secret proposée par Hotel.com n'a pas été prise en compte et à semblé surprendre le personnel qui a dit devoir faire une vérification auprès de sa direction (re transfert du mail de notre résa) sans nous apporter de réponse concrète durant notre séjour (6 nuits). C'est finalement la personne qui nous avait accueillis qui a effectué le remboursement à notre nouvelle demande le matin de notre départ .

Ruim appartement, op loopafstand van strand en ietsje verder van het centrum, geen zwembad, wel sportmogelijkheid. Geen airco. Keukenuitrusting niet te uitgebreid, Oa geen kaasschaaf, (blik)opener, schaar. Schoonmaak liet echt te wensen over. In 1,5 wk werd 0 x het bed verschoond, 0 x handdoeken vervangen of vuilnisbak geleegd. Op eigen verzoek hebben we wel nwe handdoeken en bedlinnen gekregen.

It was an absolutely beautiful apartment it looked like it had just been built yesterday. The apartment was a lovely size and it had a very spacious balcony to match. It’s about a minute walk from the beach The only down side I had with the whole place is the fact it had no air conditioning so the room got really hot when trying to sleep
