6/10 Aceptable

So this is a fairly nice, relatively spacious apartment in a working-class suburb of Montpellier. However, the place is not meant for winter stays: it is heated by one heatpump, and three oil-based electric radiators. The entrance power panel features 3 sub-breakers at 40-amps each. However, the main breaker, that is the service to the apartment, is at 45-amps ONLY. So it is clear that it is not supplied appropriately - certainly not so when considering also that the oven is electric. So we had several power "outages." The flooring is entirely tiles, which are cold to the feet; a few more carpets/rugs for winter use would help a bit.So while the place is pleasant, with a NE orientation for the deck (not useable in winter), it is not a good choice for a winter stay.
