The hotel is actually perfect for children. It’s not too big and the waterpark is great. Not overwhelming big. The hotel is very clean. Rooms are nicely decorated. Food at the restaurant was good. The drinks in the pool area were very good! The only reason why I wouldn’t give it a 5 star is because dining options are limited. But you can always leave the hotel and 5 minutes down the road there are so many great options.

We've come in the past and had a great experience but this time was a real disappointment. The waterpark was closed Monday and we didn't know until the morning of arrival (sunday), which was so upsetting because thats the reason we came. We booked on expedia for full price and then were told theres a "surprise " balance of $66 for a resort fee (which should have been all inclusive) The kids blankets are unacceptable for the price of $360+ for one night. Rough and pimply. The bathroom in the arcade area was a disgrace- waste in the toilets and overloaded garbages. The arcade prize store has prizes at outrageous costs. For such expensive games you would thing the prizes would be a little more affordable. The ropes course we hoped to do because the waterpark was closed, was also closed. The kids room was supposed to be open 12-2 but when we got there was closed. Once it finally opened at 12:45 , the women said she has nothing to offer because they are "cleared out" Whatever that means. Overall, the place felt neglected , and totally not worth the high price we paid. I feel there should be some sort of compensation for our poor experience here. We Didn't leave with a good feeling and wouldn't come back unless things change.

My family enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean when we arrived. The amenities were close by and easy to navigate through big groups of people to get where you want to go. Only minor comment I have is about the bartender at Bixby’s Derby. He was upset we set in a aiable chairs that were at the opposite side of the crown. He complained that we should have sat near the crowd. Our food was delivered late and was give 2 year old passed expiration date condiments.

This indoor water park is family friendly. It has minimal options that are open for food on premises but it is fun to just get away with your family for the weekend.

While we enjoyed our stay overall, our experience at the restaurant was unfortunately disappointing. We waited over an hour to be seated, and once seated, it took an additional hour for our food to arrive. When the food did come, it was cold and did not meet expectations. The staff appeared overwhelmed, and while they were courteous, the service delays significantly impacted our dining experience. We hope this feedback is helpful and that improvements can be made, as the resort itself has great potential.
