The woman at the front desk was rude. Check in is at 4PM but my room was not ready until 5:30. They do not clean your room unless you ask but fail to tell you that at check in. I told them I wanted new towels all three days of my stay but on Sunday no one came. Most of the staff walks around with a sour puss on their face and don't seem very friendly.

The rooms were great- super spacious, however a little dated. The bedding was very comfortable. The person at the counter who checked us out was not cordial at all, similar to the hostess in the restaurant. (Referring to the restaurant that had the breakfast, lunch, dinner and take-out.)

The lobby and casino area buzzed with a lively atmosphere, while the rooms offered a peaceful and quiet retreat. The accommodations were spacious, featuring a desk area that wasn't cramped against a wall, a comfortable lounging area, a king-sized bed, and ample space to move around. The bathroom was stunning, equipped with two sinks, a vanity with a sitting area, a closet, and a rainfall shower complete with a bench. I have two minor criticisms. First, the front desk and check-in area were somewhat difficult to locate, as they are not visible from the entrance, and there was no signage to guide me. I wasn't even sure I was at the correct entrance until I asked a passerby for assistance. Second, the parking area is not very close to the rooms, which can make transporting luggage a challenge. Fortunately, I was allowed to leave my car right in front while I unloaded and loaded my belongings.

UGH!!

The person that checked us in was so rude and difficult to understand! The carpeting in our room was VERY stained! I had to cover it with a towel as it appeared that someone had been sick!! The hairdryer did not work! Housekeeping did not clean our room saying that we must have had a light on that told them not to come in! We had trouble even getting the lights to work! So…. at midnight we had to ask for towels, coffee, cups, water, etc! They did not bring water! A beautiful room and bathroom but a VERY DISAPPOINTING stay!!
