The bathroom smelled bad and that impregnated the room with a bad smell, the phone line and wifi was not working and the hotel didn’t provide a resolution, just let me knew that it was a general failure in systems and IT didn’t have any resolution. I had to go get the ice from the bar, per the previous issue described. Not a great experience.
