House with 6 beds in Montpezat, above the lake of Montpezat, near the Verdon and near the lake of Sainte Croix du Verdon.
Located below the village of Montpezat, this is an exceptional house with a large living room composed of a very large sofa bed -which can accommodate two additional people-; a very large fitted and fully equipped kitchen; a dining room with a large table.
The strong point of the house is its beautiful terrace of 80 m2 and its bioclimatic pergola, overlooking a breathtaking view of the lake of Montpezat and the Verdon, towards the gorges of Baudinard.
Completely renovated and tastefully decorated, the house is very warm and functional.
To ensure a pleasant stay until the end, there is an extra charge for cleaning or bed linen/towels.
In high season, we take reservations for a minimum of 3 nights.
The accommodation

There is an electric barbecue outside close to the pergola.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Beware of the risk of forest fires. Please throw your cooled cigarette butts in the bin and not in the garden. 😵💫
The house has a large living room with a video projector and a giant screen that you can also watch from the outside via the garden furniture located under the pergola.
There is a wooden hut below the grounds where your children will love to tell each other stories. There is also a petanque court facing east allowing you to play in the shade from the beginning of the afternoon. We have petanque balls available and also a game of Molkki (numbered wooden skittles). And if it is too hot outside, you have board games and DVDs for young and old.
You can also take a little nap inside in the cool (the interior insulation of the house has been completely redone) and thanks to the fans installed on the ceilings of all the bedrooms upstairs, in the living room and in the kitchen, allowing to cool the ambient air and can be put on low speed even at night.
The four bedrooms have new and very comfortable bedding, two bedside tables each and independent lighting at the head of the bed.
The bedrooms upstairs:
Bedroom 1 "Verdon room" has a large bed for two people, a bamboo fiber memory foam mattress topper, a large television, a built-in wardrobe with shelves and wardrobe. This room has an adjoining balcony with the most beautiful view of the estate: view of the entire lake and the beginning of the Verdon leading to the Baudinard gorges, which you can admire from the wrought iron chairs and table installed on the balcony while sipping your coffee in the morning freshness.
Bedroom 2 "Sunflower room" has 2 single beds and built-in wardrobes; castle views and fitted planter.
Bedroom 3 "Lilac room" has 2 single beds, a hanging rod on wheels and a high storage unit. View of the castle and fitted planter. Possibility of setting up an inflatable mattress for a third person.
There are upstairs and middle floor (at billiard room level) two shower rooms with toilets in each for added convenience.
Downstairs bedroom:
Bedroom 4 "Lavender" has a large bed for two people; two large wardrobes, as well as an en-suite shower room with double sink, bidet and additional toilet.
There is also a TV with many DVDs for young and old,☺️ a few books to read.
For baby a travel cot is available.

Our house has been completely restored and has undergone major renovation work which makes it a unique place in this area: enlargement of the living room dining room allowing the creation of the balcony of the bedroom upstairs, enlargement of the existing openings with large sliding bay windows and double glazing for more light and an incredible view from the interior spaces; the interior insulation has been redone, a new kitchen has been fitted out with everything you need to help you cook good dishes or simply to share these unforgettable and warm moments with friends or family - you have at your disposal a raclette machine, a waffle iron (additional plates croque monsieur
