Located 9 km from Lalinde (with all shops and leisure activities), this 32 m² detached former dovecote is close to other Gîtes de France rentals (ref. 24G303106 and 24G307106) and is ideal for a couple. The ground floor comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a lounge area with two armchairs, a TV, and Wi-Fi. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a shower room with a shower cubicle, and a separate WC. Electric heating is provided.

Outside, enjoy a terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and an electric griddle. A private covered spa is also available from June to September. All this is situated on a 30-hectare property.
