Out dated. Door lock off screws. Poor cleanliness, badly needs a deep clean. Laundry facilities filthy and dryer door non existent. Stains all over doors, jams and switches. Corners of room clogged with build up of dirt

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. The area has quite a few restaurants across the road from the hotel. I would stay here again.

I was disappointed with our housekeeping. Since we were staying 8 nights we were supposed to get full room service on the third day. We got it on the 5th day. I would ask for garbage pick up but had to empty it ourselves. I did get my towels changed out when asked.

Smoky smell

When I arrive, I was given a card to the wrong room. Once I got that settled. I went to the room. I was assigned and though it was a smoke free room it reeked of smoke. Almost as if someone had just smoked a cigarette inside the room.
