we checked in at 9pm. upon arrival, was told they had to charge my credit card for a night since we had not checked in yet. However they would still have to charge us the full amount when we checked out 2 days later and the original charge would be refunded in 7-20 days. Manager called me the next day to explain the charge qas error, but really called to beg us to give hotel a good reciew. That was in poor taste.

The agents were very professional, kind , the rooms were beautiful however the mattresses on one bed needs to be replaced . Other than that I had a wonderful stay

The staff was very friendly and helpful. As far as the room goes it was OK, but the bathroom needs work. The shower gel was in another room on the wall next to the sink which was not in the bedroom. The toilet seat was NOT attached, and the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. The pillows and the bed were very comfortable.

Strategic location, easy access relatively and within an hour away from the Airport. Clean facilities, helpful friendly staff members especially Ankit the day Manager. Just as long as you are not trying to cross Atlanta Hwy, it is walkable. Walking across Hwy 42 (Atlanta Hwy) is dangerous and there is limited option for crossing.

The drain plug in the tub was inoperable. The sink drain was very slow. The room was fairly clean. Had to reprogram the room key every evening. Staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful. Didn’t spend much time there, but the stay was good.
