Large, cozy chalet in the heart of the Queyras

We offer for seasonal rental our main residence, a traditional chalet, completely renovated in 2019. <br>It is located in the hamlet of Le Coin, in a quiet area, in the heart of the Queyras Regional Natural Park. <br>Facing south, close to the family resort of Molines-Saint Véran, you will enjoy maximum sunshine all day long. <br>This spacious chalet is composed of: <br>-on the 1st floor of a warm and friendly living room, with a fully equipped kitchen, bathed in the warmth of a wood stove, a bedroom with bed for 2 people, a bathroom and a separate toilet. <br>-on the 2nd floor of a spacious living room with a mountain atmosphere, with flat screen TV and Hifi system and a 2-seater sofa bed, a master suite with shower and a bed for 2 people, a bedroom equipped with 2 bunk beds and a separate toilet. <br>-on the first floor a cosy mountain studio, composed of a living room with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, a flat screen TV, a dining table, wardrobe and buffet, a very well equipped kitchenette with a combined hob, an oven and a dishwasher, a shower and a separate toilet.<br>-Outside, 2 large terraces with very sunny views, one equipped with a large table, the other with a small table and garden furniture. <br>You can store skis, bicycles, etc... in the secure garage, shoes and clothes in the entrance on the first floor. <br>The chalet is accessible on the first floor with two beautiful private parking spaces and a bowling green to liven up your moments of relaxation outside the snowy periods. <br>With friends or family you can enjoy an exceptional environment, in this very comfortable chalet bringing together many amenities and personalized equipment and the charm of the decoration of a private house. <br>The price includes the provision of household linen.<br>End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory, will be charged in addition to €180 including VAT and will be paid directly to the concierge at the beginning of the stay.<br><br>You can leave the chalet to walk, ski or take the free shuttle bus (50 m) which can take you to the ski resort (3 kms).<br><br>GPS Coordinates:<br><br>Latitude: 44.7271<br>Longitude: 6.8715

Très beau chalet conforme à l’annonce

Excellent séjour dans ce magnifique chalet, parfaitement équipé, entre amis. 4 couples. C’était agréable d’avoir chacun son espace et son intimité tout en partageant les espaces communs. Nous avons aimé partir du chalet pour de belles randonnées et rentrer jouer à la pétanque sur le terrain jouxtant le chalet.
