Plenty of parking. Room relatively clean. Twin bed. Staff great, dining and bar area great. Food great. No lift but helpful staff. If stairs are a problem ask for groung floor room. Our room had bath which was difficult getting in and out of. Tv was an antique and mounted in a corner. Shower was not very user friendly.

Stayed in two different rooms as I had to unexpectedly extend my stay. The staff are absolutely lovely, and very helpful, room service and restaurant are both excellent. I would recommend opting for one of the “deluxe” options, as there is a significant difference in room quality compared to the standard room.

A perfectly nice, functional hotel. The staff were very welcoming and plenty of parking, food in the restaurant was nice and breakfast had plenty of good options. Room was a little tired and needed upgrades to almost all the amenities, but they was nothing wrong with the ones there were. Overall a good stay and would stay again, maybe in a newer room.

Good price and location, sadly not perfect.

Good location. Hotel was a little tired, soundproofing between rooms was poor, water pressure in shower was not good. Staff were friendly and the room was clean. Road noise was invasive at times.

Confused

I'm confused whether guests who rated this hotel 1 or 2 or 3/5 actually stayed at this hotel! The room was exceptional clean, the staff were outstanding, the costs were very reasonable. Yes the food was pub grub rather than fine dining but very tasty none the less. Breakfast wasn't great, i prefer cooked to ordet rather than hot plate but again it was perfectly acceptable. Would I recommend this hotel?... yes. Will I recommend this hotel?.... definitely yes. Excellent. Lovely two night stay. Impressed.

We had a very long journey and were very tired Olin arrival, we were greeting by a lovely receptionist, it was quite late in the evening so we were thrilled to see the room service options, had a lovely meal, wonderful sleep on extremely comfortable beds, breakfast was delightful as were all the staff.
