Reception was muted to say the least. Area leading to the room was filthy with rubbish like old confetti etc. Internally I’ve taken about 8 photos of unfinished skirting and walls , White paint stains on bathroom floor tiles,damaged wall where the wrong door closer on the ext. door had smashed the plaster . The floor area hadn’t seen a hoover after previous visitors. The kettle had white paint stains and no PAT Test label.A towel rail in the bathroom was literally hanging off the wall.

First stay at Mountain Park hotel Flint. Great welcome off lovely, friendly staff. Welcome information given. Our room was lovely and spacious. Very clean and a comfortable bed. We didnt stay for breakfast so couldnt comment on the food The only picky but is the Wifi kept dipping in and out which made it difficult at times but not the end of the world. Also our room was facing the carpark and as we were there on one of the hottest days we had to open the window in the evening. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise for a bit with cars charging at the ev points and keeping the engine running and i was woken at 2am by someone shouting outside the room next to us. But it would not stop us staying here again.

Beautiful place to stay

The location is beautiful. Really nice place to stay but i had a few hiccups while staying. Shower was missing the glass to stop the water entering the bedroom so the floor got flooded. They did apologise and let us use next door (noone was there for the weekend) found the sink had a crack in the middle. No aircon in the room. Couldnt leave the windows open as all through the night, there are tesla cars re-charging in the back of the carpark so didnt feel safe. Staf were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is okay what I would expect for 3 star a little rough around the edges. It was an overnight visit. Few downsides, the windows were impossible to open (unless you about 7ft tall…) and the room became stuffy very quickly. If you do open them make sure it’s at the right angle in case of rain! Thin walls and if someone happens to be smoking something very pungent nearby expect the scent to join you in the room - easily solved with allowing the vents to be closed or better sealant around the doors (hard to work out where is was coming in). Staff are lovely though and breakfast was very good!

Nice environment. We were visiting Llandudno and stayed a night at this property and it was just perfect for us. Would definitely recommend and if I was ever in the area, I'd definitely lodge here again. Nice helpful staff at the reception and the rooms were clean and well taken care of.

The room was clean, but very basic. Needed some TLC. No bedside tables. Mirrors not attached. Tissue hanging out of an unused socket. Unsightly shelving/hanging area for clothes. No curtain or cover for the window to the door leading outside. The bed was comfortable. It was warm and peaceful.

Great hotel

Our room was in the annex not the main hotel and for us this was perfect. We never heard anything from the events happening that weekend. The room needed a small amount of TLC including the grouting around the bathroom. However, it was clean, just needs a maintenance person to swoop out lightbulbs and touch up paint. If you want to spend the night like you’ve slept in a cloud request room 7 the bed was one of the comfiest beds I’ve slept in. We didn’t use the hotel restaurant due to its opening/closing hours and you can get breakfast there. There is also plenty of parking and our welcome was great from the staff. All in all a great little hotel and we would stay again. Thank you
