With views of the Atlantic Ocean and located in the peaceful area of Taurito, this holiday home with a large terrace is perfect for those of you looking to relax and enjoy the pleasant weather of southern Gran Canaria. The 52 m² apartment is designed to offer comfort and functionality, featuring a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom, allowing up to four guests to stay.



Among its amenities, you will find high-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for those of you who need to work or make video calls during your stay, as well as a television, fan, washing machine, dryer, and towels for the beach or pool. A cot and high chair are available on request. Although there is no air conditioning, the sea breeze and the location help keep the atmosphere cool. The building has a lift, making access easy at all times.



The private open terrace is a perfect spot to relax at the end of the day. In addition, you can enjoy a communal area with a fenced pool and a children's pool, ideal for unwinding and enjoying the sun. The beach is within walking distance, and street parking is free.
