Nice view, dirty Apartment!

The apartment has a beautiful location with a wonderful view over the beach of Puerto Rico. Unfortunately the apartment was dirty, long hair from previous tenants, paint and other stains in the bathtub, dirty sink, yellow stains on the bed sheets, towels with holes. Ants in the kitchen, in the cupboards and everywhere. Some of the furnishings are not well maintained and therefore not really comfortable. The landlord wanted to refund us money for cleaning the apartment, when we asked about the vacation he just said that he had reported it to the cleaning company and they might then refund us something. Excuses from a landlord who is only interested in making money from this apartment and doesn't really care.

het appartement was prima, maar niet helemaal wat beloofd was.

Pros: Ruimte in het appartement en het balkon. En het flesje wijn dat klaar stond, heel attent! Bovendien was het een heel rustige omgeving. Kamers waren goed te doen met veel kastruimte Cons: boiler waardoor je maar heel kort warm kon douchen, slecht uitgeruste keuken (geen vaatdoekjes, afwasborstel, koffiezetapparaat vonden we ergens in een kastje, maar deed het niet en een krakkemikkerige waterkoker). Weinig stopcontacten en in 1 slaapkamer helemaal geen. Verder had ik uit de omschrijving niet begrepen dat het zo hoog lag. Er was wel een supermarkt in de buurt, maar geen restaurantjes en winkeltjes, daarvoor moest je een eind naar beneden en als voor het strand. Het goede nieuws was dat taxi's heel goedkoop waren.
