They tried to charge us $100 deposit, carpet was sticky, lock on door was ripped off, phones were unplugged and ripped from wall, under the bed was not cleaned, garbage was under the beds, smoke alarm was ripped from the wall. Wonders wife was the one working the front and she was extremely rude and not understanding, they charged us even after asking for a refund.

Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast had bread for toast. Coffee was good and hot. People behind counter treated you like an imposition. Only had one towel but four wash clothes. Housekeeping never came to our room but we lifted towels off their cart in the hall.

Found Bullet underneath nightstand and shower had black mold growing in caulk joint. Room looked clean except for what I found. beds slept good neighborhood seems to be on the rougher side of town. The carpet floors look black in the hallway but it looks like the parking lot seal coat is coming off a peoples feet and getting tracked into the building. I informed the desk clerk of the bullet and mold. He said sorry.

The hotel staff is rude and unaccommodating. The hotel is dirty, broken appliances, broken plumbing. The toilet overflowed upon arrival. It took 6 hours to have the toilet serviced. No one answered the phones at the front desk. We were told to clean up the mess from the overflowing toilet ourselves with towels they provided. The sheets and blankets had hair and lipstick on them. The bathroom had hair on the floor and the shower walls. Holes in the bathroom door. No soap or toilet paper in the bathroom. The heater did not work. The main hotel door did not lock without a deadbolt. Found dirty underwear in the dresser drawer. The towels were dirty and stained and smelled horrible. The worst stay ever
