We had a problem with the room key not working but they moved us to a new room and that was good. Room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Need to Rethink My Choice Next Time

I usually don’t consider low rate hotels but we were on vacation and had our RV at a great spot, using it as a base. We had an activity that was too far away so we decided that a hotel was necessary. The check in process was slow with blame placed on the internet service. The room was not bad, the bed was okay but there was a gap all around the door that light came in and the shower (which was a stand up kit without a tub) had the bottom of it all torn apart. We didn’t even stay the second night and simply drove home after a long day in Moab. Next time I will definitely pay more and not try to take the inexpensive way. Sad experience.

Staff has no attention for visitor. No welcome word. Front desk is empty for a while and let visitor just wait until staff comes in front desk. Never have this kind of experience.

Coffee is only served from 6-10am. There is only one microwave for the entire hotel, which is located near the main office. Dogs are allowed, but there is no where to walk them. They do prive doggie bags. They did not honor our price we received when booking through Expedia. They required us tp pay and additional $7. Our room was clean, but you have to request room service if you want it. They told us they only do service every three days. We requested clean towels and our bed made. We received the towels, but our bed was not made.They did not give us enough towels, so we had to go to office to get more. I would stay there again, as the cost was cheaper than any of the surrounding hotels. checheaper than surr $70.

The room was somewhat of what you should expect for a budget motel. However, it was rather dirty - on the surface it looked ok, but don't look too closely, the walls, baseboards, door frames, corners of the floors haven't been cleaned in months (and that's being generous). There was a black hair in my bed. Not only are the towels flimsy, but they really limit you on how many you can have. There is no lid on the toilet, what the heck?? do people steal toilet seats? The problem with this is that when you're showering, there is basically no where to put your clean clothes, the sink counter is very small so the only choice other than the floor is on top of the toilet tank. The small corner shower barely trickled out - was nice and hot, I'll give them a plus for that. No shampoo (not even for purchase), and the bar soap (2 of them) were so small, that two of us used both of them up taking 2 showers each and normal hand washing. Has one very uncomfortable chair and the bed, that's it for seating options in the room. Not worth the 5-15 bucks you're saving per night - Moving forward, we'll go somewhere else. What's good - there's a great restaurant in walking distance.

Stayed at three different places before here on this trip and found this a much better experience than the others at a lower cost. Clean, comfortable and convenient. My two dogs loved it too and they got to stay for free.
