Great location just a few minutes drive from both Arches and Canyonlands National Park. The location was in downtown Moab with plenty shops and restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and check in efficient. I was impressed they had a free laundry for customers and provided free washing powder at reception. Has easy onsite parking. I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect place to stay in Moab

Our room was clean and comfortable. We had one of the rooms away from the main building which was terrific. The hotel is right on main street and within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and coffee/breakfast places. They provide ear plugs if the traffic sounds bothers you, we didn't notice and a bucket with rags to clean your "toys". The room had a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. No freezer but the office will freeze ice packs for you if needed. Overall, great stay!

Room 128 is close to the street so you hear a lot of traffic. Beds were very comfortable and AC cold like we like it! Good location, you can walk the town easily.

TRIP TO MOAB AND ARCHES NATIONAL PARK

Great stay at this very modest hotel. I got great restaurant recommendations from the desk clerk Morgan. Right in downtown Moab so close to many restaurants as well as shopping. The entrance to Arches is only about 6 miles up the road. 10 minute ride max! And here's a bonus their laundry was free! Only a couple machines but no need to carry a pocketful of change to do a load of wash!
