Beautiful location for family vacation on emerald coast!

The rental was everything we hoped for: comfortable, easy accessibility to restaurants/stores/beaches, and clean!

The location with the golf cart was pure perfection! We absolutely loved our unit as well as the community. Hopping on the cart made getting to the beach, restaurants and stores a breeze! It was chilly a few days and the fireplace added the perfect cozy touch. The sliding door needs repaired and the beach supplies could be refreshed, but we made it all work. The selfie check-in was a process that took 40 minutes of waiting on the doorstep to get the door access code. Now we know more of what is wanted, so don’t think we would have that issue again. We did love, love, love our stay and would stay in this unit again next time we visit the area. To be out of the crowds yet still have so much so close is exactly what we look for on a vacation!

Love the villa, location and golf cart. It was located across the street from great eateries.

Check in was effortless. The villa was very beautifully decorated. It was a nice and quiet community. Definitely would stay here again!

Perfect for our family

This place is just as pictured. Nice central location easy to access a good amount of restaurants and the golf cart is great for getting to the beach, Wharf and store. Very clean and updated home. We really enjoyed our stay! Can’t wait to come back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing experience! The house was in a very convenient location and we absolutely loved having the golf cart. My kids had a blast being able to explore all the resort has to offer. Beds are a little too soft but other than that it was great!

Nice place to stay

We have stayed at Sandestin several times now and this place was one of the better places that we had stayed at. The only thing wrong is the patio door ceiling leaks and the door is old but functional. Otherwise, everything was great.

We had health issues come up the day we arrived and had to leave. But the Place was very nice.

A beautiful place to relax!

Dan and Stephanie's Beachwalk Villa was a perfect place for my husband's and my short R&R getaway. This was our first time in Sandestin and we could have been happier with our accommodations. My husband commented daily on how beautiful the villa was and how he loved the location. Having access to the golf cart made it even more special and relaxing as we wheeled around the complex. We will definitely be coming back!

The place was just as advertised, and did not disappoint.

Our stay was good. Having the golf cart was a major plus, just wish we could have drove it to Destin. The only complaints I have is there was any cookie sheets to cook with and limited pots and pans. Also, it would be nice to have some extra blankets since i am hot natured and my wife is cold natured. But overall i will be booking again in the future.

Family Vacation

Beautiful villa, very clean and well kept! Parking was a bit difficult, especially for the golf cart. There are no assigned parking spaces. Even though there is a charging cord coming from the property to the spot for the golf cart to be charged, people do not respect that and would park in the space where the golf cart should be.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Little better upkeep and cleaning and this property would be great. Great location and nice golf cart! Upon arrival we had a broken stove top, clogged bathroom sink, and bloody boogers plastered to curtains in the twin bedroom. Yes I’m serious. Other than that the place was pretty clean but floors could definitely be cleaner. Maintenance came to unclog the sink while we were not there and actually changed the thermostat and we came back to a warm condo! Before leaving we used the washer and dryer which left black marks on over $100 worth of clothing. I have submitted pictures and request for refund but still waiting because maintenance sees no issue with the washer or dryer. I’ve actually been asked if we left something in the washer to cause it. If that was the case I wouldn’t have reported it!

Not the best stay at the Beachwalk Villa 5108

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Code provided did not worked. Had to get 3 different codes during our stay. Water leak in the patio sliding door had to put a towel down, Washing machine was outdated needs to be replaced the spin cycle sounded like an airplane taking off. Bed frame was off the floor. Mattress needs to be replaced . Stove top was cracked. Coffee maker was outdated needs to be replaced.
