Family vacation

We had a great stay at Market Street Inn. The short walk to all the activities at Baytowne Wharf was very nice and convenient. We rarely had to wait on one of the trams to the beach. The beach was crowded but we found good spots each day. The condo was nice and clean, plenty of room. Overall it was a great trip

Great for Short Stay

We love staying at Baytowne, especially in the off seasons since it offers so much to do. The condo was great. The only shortcomings were that there was no Keurig like shown in the pictures and parking. There were limited instructions on which level of the garage we should park on, which caused some minor confusion.

Comfortable stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was exactly as described. When we arrived a representative was in the unit to make sure everything was perfect for our arrival. We also received little care boxes for the bathroom that contained Toiletries and one for the kitchen. The unit was very clean. I also loved how close we were to the village. Very nice being able to sit out on the balcony and listen to the music and watch the fireworks.

Great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in the perfect location. We were concerned that there would be loud music late at night, but it was so quiet. The condo is very spacious and there was plenty of room for our family to spread out. The pillows could have been a little more comfortable - they were VERY flat. Additionally, the master bed was like 4.5 feet off the ground. I nearly needed a step ladder to get in bed! It was fine for us but an elderly person would def have an issue.

Sandestin Never Disappoints

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was perfect! The check-in experience was awful and continued all week. Was told thru text I wouldn't be allowed for early check-in, so check-in time was 4pm. I download the App as instructed and waited for the door codes to appear! After no updated on the App for over an hour I called "Vacation Haven" at 5pm. The young lady who answered the phone was helpful, but said it seemed they forgot to update the app and send me a text message regarding the door codes Once inside i tried to log into the WIFI with the WIFI address listed on the APP. Again, wrong information. So for the 2nd time in less then a hour I had to call to get the correct information.Day before we were suppose to check out the door codes were deactivated. Again, another call to Vacation Haven to explain to them i still have another day I'm paying for and to please active the door codes !If you are going to have a App to manage the property please make sure the information is correct. FYI the door codes never appeared on the APP Also, we could never get the outside building code / pool code to work so we always had to walk thru the garage to get to our room.little things would have made this stay a 5 star !

Average 7 day stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our eleventh-year renting from VH. Disappointed that we did not receive parking or outside door code prior to arrival and had to call for them when we couldn't get in. Also, the beds were much too high for average seniors to get in or out of. Not good. Had to struggle.

Amazing Facility and Fun

All photos in the advertisement was exactly what I found when my family and I arrived. All amenities listed in the email were on site and available for use by my family. Also, the facility location was amazing and within walking distance to many many fun attractions and white sandy beach fronts. A free shuttle service was offered and came in handy when we chose not to drive. This is a very clean and well kept facility. Loved it, Loved it !
