Tucked away in Sandpiper Village is Piper's Pad unit 715. This single-family pet friendly home was built to make lasting memories on the Gulf as it has everything you need for a stellar trip, including a 6-seat golf cart. Whether you’re a family looking for some quality time together or a friend group craving a beach getaway, come home to Sandpiper Village.

Unit 715 features 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths spread out over two floors of space. On the main floor, you’ll find a large kitchen with everything you need to make the perfect meal, a dining room that seats 6, and living area with ample seating, flat screen TV, and gorgeous views of the lush Florida landscape and golf course. Just off this space, you’ll find a private patio with tables, chairs, and personal BBQ grill! Cook up a great lunch for your group and enjoy the Gulf weather together!

21st Birthday!!

We really enjoyed our stay on Sandpiper Lane in Sandestin, FL! The location was perfect with easy access to the beach, village, resort amenities, and shopping. The cottage had plenty of room for 5 adults, and parking for 2 cars plus the golf cart. Furnishings were a little dated and worn, but totally functional. The golf cart (aka "party bus" was great for getting to everything in the resort including the beach access through the tunnel under Hwy 98. I would definitely recommend this property for a fun beach vacation!

We was harass by the owner of some of the property due to parking. The real issue at this location is lack of available parking. Also the area is racist we experience racist outburst from a group of people that did not look like me.

We have been staying in the baytowne warf area for years now, we love the area. This was our first time renting this house, we loved it!! Perfect location, super clean, great yard for kids to play catch in and the golf cart was great!!! We will stay again!!!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We liked the location and loved having the golf cart to get around the resort. A couple comments we would the following: there were 3 outdoor chairs that were completely un-usable and should be thrown out, we had 2 young kids and if they tried to sit in them, they would have fallen through the seats, the upstairs bedroom (with twinbeds) was very sandy upon arrival especially under the rug, we moved the rug from between the beds because our kids kept slipping on it and to sweep up the sand. Lastly we came across 2 good sized cockroaches in the kitchen, one in a drawer and another just crawling across the countertop. Again, we had a great time and would stay here again if we came back to this area. Thanks!

Will Definitely Book Again!!

My stay was excellent! Location was great, the golf cart was EXTREMELY convenient and I also used the tram which was a very short walk from the house. Communication would’ve helped a little when it came to mapping. We had to figure out where everything was and how to use the tram on our own. We learned on the last day of our trip that we could drive the golf cart straight to the beach. That would’ve been nice to know on day one. But overall our stay was great. The master bedroom on the lower floor was ideal for my elderly parents and the washer/dryer upstairs was an unexpected bonus. Everything was awesome! And again I couldn’t have asked for a better location!! The house was clean. We were provided more than we needed (towels, beach chairs, entertainment, dishes etc)! I’ll definitely be booking this unit again in the future.

Great property and location. Amenities A+!!

We normally stay in one of the Baytown Wharf properties but decided on this location instead. Wish we would have done it sooner! Great location - not too far from the Village and having a six person golf cart at our disposal was so convenient and made the stay for me an excellent experience. My wife loved that there were three bathrooms so no one was waiting for a shower after coming in from a day at the beach. Can’t say enough nice things about our stay here and would definitely look for this booking again sometime in the near future!
