☆☆ WELCOME TO MAJESTIC SUN A611! ☆☆

✹ This 6th floor 2 bedroom/2 bath condo at Majestic Sun offers commanding views of sugary white sands and crystal clear waters of the Emerald Coast. This spacious 1150+ square foot condo was recently updated with new furniture and features a spacious kitchen with new stainless steel appliances (new pictures coming soon!) that is fully stocked with more than the basics (coffee/tea bar, oils/spices, Tupperware, plenty of pots/pans/cookware) so you and your group can prepare delicious meals while overlooking the Gulf of Mexico in your HOME AWAY FROM HOME. We provide a generous supply of kitchen supplies and other household (dishpods, laundry pods, soaps, trash bags, Ziploc bags) and toiletry items. No stingy host here! The living room has dsplenty of seating, beachy decor, a large 55" Smart TV with cable and streaming access, and, best of all, those HUGE Gulf views! The attached balcony space offers room for dining and relaxing while you soak in the sights and sounds of the Emerald Coast. Adjacent to the living room, the large master bedroom is spacious with a King bed, 32" TV, floor to ceiling sliding doors that look onto the balcony and Gulf, and a spacious private closet and bathroom.

✹ Down the hall, there is a full-size washer and dryer with plenty of laundry supplies for your stay. The laundry room also offers plenty of space for the beach gear we provide (4 chairs, 1 umbrella, a beach bag, and a speaker). The secondary bedroom has a King bed, a 32" TV with cable access, an attached bathroom, and private closet. This home is tastefully decorated with updated furniture and beachy decor and my reviews support that my condos are well maintained and sparkling clean! Majestic Sun is part of the sprawling, Seascape Beach Resort with tons of pools, an 18 hole golf course, tennis/pickleball facility, basketball court, and 2000' of beach front – there is so much to do at Seascape! Majestic Sun is located in Miramar Beach, which features wide sidewalks for walking and biking while enjoying sights and sounds of the Gulf plus easy access to all the dining and excitement that Miramar Beach and Destin has to offer!

MANY restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away including:
✹ Pompano Joes, Whales Tail, Bad Ass Coffee, Pascalli’s Kitchens, Cabana Cafe (Open Late!), Royal Palm Grille and Beach Bar, and Surf Hut

Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. There is also a movie theater and a Publix Grocery Store.

✹ NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by local authorities and subject to fines.
✹ BOOKING GUEST MUST BE 25+ AND PRESENT DURING THE WHOLE STAY - In the event of a disturbance, property security or local police will be called.
✹ CANCELLATION POLICY: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% Credit Card Processing Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
