Fantastic customer service!

The customer service we received was outstanding! Every single person we had an interaction with was absolutely fantastic. Top notch customer service. We will absolutely be staying here again. Comfortable beds, great breakfast. The only downside was the pool area was small, something out of the staffs control.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was quiet and you always felt safe. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The front desk manager we dealt with on a daily basis was Louis. There could not have been a more kind, considerate, and respectful person. You never saw a frown or had a bad experience with Louis. He is one of the best additions to the hotel. Thank you to management for hiring such a wonderful person.
