Carpet was stained and walls were scuffed and scratched. I traveled with a pet, so made sure to take photos for fear of being charged for damage that was already there. There is a $75 fee for a pet. Beds were comfortable.

Everything was great! Even the gym was nice. The only complaint I have is that I booked this place specifically because it had a hot tub but the hot tub didn't look very clean & like it needed a good scrub so I didn't end up getting in.

Front desk staff were great, very helpful. Shuttle to the hospital and clinic area is a very nice addition. Only the small parking lot is a negative. That’s understandable in such an urban location but still a drawback, especially in winter.
