Ideale ligging, zeer dichtbij strand en centrum/winkels.Het huis is zeer compleet, de buiten douche is erg prettig na strandbezoek en ook de fietsen zijn handig.Enige minpuntjes vonden wij een vreemde lucht die met name in de kamer met de stapelbedden hangt (luchtverfrisser neergezet) en dat je niet op eigen terrein kan parkeren (als de buren er zijn). Dan moet je op straat parkeren en dat kan nog weleens lastig zijn omdat het druk is met strandbezoekers en mensen die voor het centrum komen.

Une jolie maison, trÚs agréable séjour

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine dans cette jolie maison, avec nos trois enfants. Nous nous sommes sentis tout de suite trĂšs Ă  l'aise, parce qu'elle est joliment dĂ©corĂ©e et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Les lits sont trĂšs confortable. On a surtout profitĂ© de la belle terrasse. TrĂšs proche de la plage et du centre-ville, on entend mĂȘme la mer,on a profitĂ© des vĂ©los et des jeux de sociĂ©tĂ©. Nous avons passĂ© une trĂšs belle semaine Ă  Mimizan. Le logement est conforme Ă  la description, c'est une magnifique ancienne cabane de pĂȘcheur, trĂšs bien entretenue, propre, trĂšs bien amĂ©nagĂ©e et dĂ©corĂ©e. La plage est Ă  proximitĂ© ainsi que le centre avec tous les commerces. Tout y est pour passer de bonnes vacances. Merci Ă  Elodie, Laurent et leur fils pour notre accueil.

Jolie maison mais environnement décevant

La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût et conforme à l' annonce et aux photos. Sa cuisine est bien équipée, malgré l absence de four. La grande déception vient du fait que la maison n est pas sur un terrain indépendant. Elle est en fond de cour aprÚs deux autres maisons devant elle et souffre d un vis-à-vis trÚs proche avec la maison du milieu. On vit donc un peu avec les voisins, jusqu à entendre leur chasse d'eau...

Emplacement idéal

L'emplacement de la maison est idéal. La terrasse est tres agréable. Les propriétaires sont trÚs disponibles et trÚs réactifs. Le coin douche extérieure est trÚs appréciable en revenant de la plage mais meriterait un peu plus d'entretien (la vegetation pousse beaucoup la douche nest pas tres accessible).

Charmante petite maison à moins de 300m de la plage. L'hÎte est trÚs sympathique et arrangeant. C'est notre deuxiÚme séjour dans cette maison et nous y retournerons probablement.

TrĂšs bien situĂ© dans un quartier calme tout en Ă©tant Ă  proximitĂ© de l'ocĂ©an, commerces et restaurants. Il manquait des transats pour profiter pleinement de la terrasse. Peut-ĂȘtre un peu trop de dĂ©coration mĂȘme si cela est fait avec goĂ»t. Il y avait Ă©galement une odeur de renfermĂ© dans la chambre avec lits superposĂ©s.

maison trÚs bien équipée et décorée esprit océan Pour 4 adultes il est vrai que les lits superposes n 'étaient pas bien adaptés convient plutot a une famille avec des enfants . les abords et notamment la cour n 'est pas trop bien entretenue mais cela ne dépend peut etre pas de la maison ...Sinon il y a de beaux matériaux à l 'interieur et on sent que les proprietaires ont eu le soucis de faire au mieux . Cest une maison calme et idéalement située pour l océan . idéal pour famille avec enfants pour les lits superposés

Nous avons passé une semaine trÚs sympathique dans le logement. TrÚs bien équipé et décoré, l'océan à 5 minutes à pied... La présence de la clim par 42°C extérieur est un trÚs grand plus pour pouvoir dormir paisiblement. En bref un trÚs bon séjour.

ExpĂ©rience mitigĂ©e pour nous mĂȘme si globalement sĂ©jour agrĂ©able. Mauvaise surprise d’avoir de gros travaux de voirie tout autour et lors de l’accĂšs Ă  la plage. Ce qui a nĂ©cessitĂ© Ă  chaque fois de passer entre les gros engins et le bruit des machines. Pas trĂšs agrĂ©able pendant les vacances. Les propriĂ©taires auraient pu prĂ©venir. Nous Ă©tions probablement les premiers locataires de la saison car la deuxiĂšme mauvaise surprise a Ă©tĂ© d.arriver dans un logement avec une forte odeur d’humiditĂ© au point que tous les tissus en Ă©taient imprĂ©gnĂ©s. Heureusement, l.odeur s.est attĂ©nuĂ©e aprĂšs deux jours de chauffage. Par ailleurs, le logement est trĂšs agrĂ©able avec des matĂ©riaux de qualitĂ©. La dĂ©coration est trĂšs soignĂ©e et dormir dans des draps en lin Ă©tait une chouette expĂ©rience.La cuisine est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et la terrasse avec plancha Ă©tait bien pratique.La localisation est parfaite, au pied de l’ocĂ©an avec le bruit des vagues.C.est une location que nous pourrions recommander mais sans les deux points nĂ©gatifs, qui, pour l’un va se terminer dans les semaines Ă  venir avec une route toute belle, et pour l’autre, un effort de prĂ©paration de la location en cas de mĂ©tĂ©o humide rĂšglerait vite le problĂšme.

Behagliches HĂ€uschen

Von Außen schreckt das HĂ€uschen etwas ab, durch die Lage im Hinterhof und dem weißen Fangnetz! Im Innenbereich fĂŒhlt man sich durch den Einrichtungsstiel gleich sehr wohl. Wenn man vom Meer zurĂŒckkommt, freut man sich auf die gemĂŒtliche Wohnung. Der Außenbereich ist durch das "Netz" etwas gewöhnungsbedĂŒrftig, etwas grĂŒne Umgebung wĂ€re schön gewesen. Das FahrrĂ€der zur VerfĂŒgung stehen war Klasse. Ab und zu ein Check vom Fahrradladen wĂ€re schön, da Sand und Salz die RĂ€der schon belasten. Die Lage ist toll und das StĂ€dtchen wunderschön. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen ist der Geruch durch die Papierfabrik, wenn der Wind ungĂŒnstigt steht. Ohne Papierfabrik wĂ€re das ein Ort zum Auswandern!!!!

Gute Lage, schönes HÀuschen leider mit Mangel

Positiv: Schönes kleines HĂ€uschen, liebevoll eingerichtet und in zentraler Lage. Besonders angenehm war auch der freundliche Empfang durch Patricia und die Nutzung der FahrrĂ€der. Negativ: Leider riecht es zurĂŒckgehend auf einen Wasserschaden im ganzen HĂ€uschen unangenehm modrig, besonders im Kinderschlafzimmer.

Petite maison reposante et agrĂ©able ... 😀

Les photos sont conformes Ă  la rĂ©alitĂ©, cette (ancienne) petite maison de pĂȘcheur rĂ©novĂ©e avec bcp de gout nous a permis de passer une semaine trĂšs agrĂ©able malgrĂ© les embĂ»ches du mauvais temps et du Covid (octobre 2020)... Alors oui je conseil Ă  200% cette location Ă  ceux qui souhaite louer prĂȘt de l'ocĂ©an et des commerces ( 2 min Ă  pied ) et Ă  une personne trĂšs agrĂ©able ( petit cadeaux Ă  notre arrivĂ©e ...)
