100 points for the location. It was only a few mins from the railway station which made such a big difference. The staff was very helpful. The room was adequate, however I did see stains on the wash basin and toilet when I entered. TV did not work, kept saying there was no network and for these reasons I have given 4 stars. Otherwise it was perfect for a quick stay. Thank you.

The woman on reception called Mary is a credit to the organisation. She is always positive and makes you feel welcome. I can imagine that is very challenging as the public can be difficult.
