Room was clean but very lacking in storage for staying more than a night or 2. Cleaners defaulted to provision of one big and one small towel despite being 2 of us (2 toothbrushes and mix of ladies and gents toiletries might have been a clue). Only able to use the pool once due to children’s swim lessons and capacity allowed which was very disappointing as was a main reason for choosing this hotel. Bar was nice and food excellent. Reception staff were functional but not really friendly - just going through the motions. Hotel is good location for centre of Milton Keynes but be aware that parking is expensive….park in a Ringo car park nearby for half the price and only a mins walk.

We had a lovely room with a very comfortable bed. The hotel is in a great location if you want to be in the centre of Milton Keynes. We eat in the hotel but if you fancy a night out there are loads of restaurants near.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the lovely lady on the front desk. She asked if I had children and gave me some bits that would help them to enjoy their stay too. Throughout our stay the team were very helpful, with advice on local amenities and info on the hotel. The pool and changing area were very clean

The room was amazing, as was the hotel. The colleagues serving breakfast were exceptional, very friendly, genuine and gave great customer service. Only criticism I had was check-in. Young man on desk was very flat and felt disinterested. He processed my check in well, but failed to mention my room numbers or which floor I was on. However, young lady on the desk when I checked out was the opposite; warm, friendly and genuine.

To be honest was my first stay in a holiday inn which was a bit poor....on arriving key cards were not working .then took 35mins to get taken to our rooms....the rooms were extremely hot even tho the aircon was on full cold and was very noisy... asked for a 2pm check which was denied alao ....so i would definitely not stay this hotel again....also breakfast was very ordinary on this occasion and for the huge price of it not worth it
