Checked in said I wanted to put room on credit card the night manager said we have a comp room...it was my birthday so I thought wow thanks. We use Ballys a lot so I was accepting their word. We had a room with a lake view but they said first floor I was OK with that as it was a free room. We unpacked, my husband went to desk to look for flowers that was supposed to be in Room they couldn't find them. After we were unpacked a worker showed up at door with flowers. Never said anything about room We had a drink was in room for about an hour and decided to go to casino. The night manager yells at us she made a mistake and our room was NOT comped and she put it on our debit card! They offered us $25 food/casino money. I was upset bc she had wrong person and we didn't get room with lake view , said we could see lake , past the parking lot. She was a little rude said she could give us the room but we would have to pack and then unpack we were there for 3 days!! Since we were in our room for over an hour she could have called and personally explained that she had made a mistake. Instead said nothing and as we were walking past desk yells at says she put In debit card which I don't want it on there ..she took it off and put on credit card. Put a small damper on Birthday excitement but we managed. What a preferred her to call or come to the room and explain rather than the way it ended up. I would've liked to have the room with the lake view not parking lot

Clean, friendly and great value!

We were just driving through and stayed one night. We thoroughly enjoyed the new hot honey salmon over risotto at the Slorts Bar grill. Casino was not very crowded, which was nice. Overall cleanliness of casino and room were great! Staff was very friendly. Great value
