Fun hotel in great location

Hotel was clean, comfortable, close to fun restaurants in Chinatown. Trams to the duomo and castle areas stop right in front of the hotel.

Back in Milano

This was our second stay at the San Guido. We stayed there in 2018 and loved the friendliness and the oldie worldly charm. The receptionist/manager was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were great with a very large selection to choose from.

Overall, it was a great stay. The reception staff was nice, and our room was great. It was one of the most spacious rooms of our trip, though the shower was a bit small for us. The AC was the BEST of all the hotel rooms we stayed in. Man, we appreciated that cool air! They had a nice breakfast spread and were even so kind to pack us a to-go bag when they learned we had to depart early in the morning before breakfast was officially served out last day. It's a short 7-10 minute walk to the Garibaldi train station and only about 10 minutes from Corso Como and other areas. The only downside was the immediate area/street seemed a little less developed and lively. However, just a very short walk, and you're in all the action.
