Perfect for an overnight stay near Malpensa. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Shuttle service was punctual, making it very convenient for an early flight.

Great and helpful staff. Great restaurant. But room was probably the least desirable of theirs. It was in the corner of the top floor and the wood beams took up a lot of space. I hit my head twice. Parking is a challenge.

Front desk staff was excellent and the shuttle was very efficient. Room was adequate - not fancy but sufficient for an overnight before a flight. Breakfast was ok - better than what we see in Canada, not as good as other regions of Europe. Dinner in the restaurant was very good - it was very busy. Seems to be known in the area as it was still busy at 9:30 pm when we were there.

The Osteria Della Pista is not the fanciest hotel but it really did grow on us with its quaint old world charm and we became very fond of it and its wonderful staff. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful which was welcoming and made us feel like they really did care about our stay being a great experience. Nestled in a small village close to the airport and within walking distance of the train station there was also a church down the road that we could hear the bells ringing in the morning and a little farther down we enjoyed gelato every evening after we ate dinner at the hotel which by the way dinner was always amazing. The manager of the restaurant was very friendly and always accommodating and after we checked out we found out that the manager Celeste was actually one of the owners of the hotel and we couldn’t speak more highly of him. Our room was very clean but if I did have to pick one thing to change I would recommend nicer furniture in the rooms. Maybe something antique to match the ambiance of the hotel and surrounding area. Overall we had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend to our friends and family.

Love staying at this hotel - probably the 5th time at least. Small unique hotel with a well known pizza restaurant which is always full. Only a 15 minute shuttle to the airport. Definitely recommend for an overnight stay or even longer

Absolutely terrible. Mold. No hot water.

I honestly don't know how none of these other reviews reflect the experience we had. Check in was smooth and staff were helpful. Shortly after arriving in our room, we discovered mold along the length of two of the bathroom walls, covering 18" - 24" in height (rm 307). After complaining, a staff member said it's part of Italy in the summer. They showed two more rooms (207 & maybe 204?) Both had similar mold issues. We looked for other hotels but were stranded in this small, unwalkable town. Someone cleaned the walls in our room while we left; bleach was a strong component. The walls were also dirty & beat up. (We tried to find somewhere else to eat, but ended up at their restaurant. We had to return glasses that were dirty, too. Food was fine. Service fine. But we were all hesitant to eat there.) Fast forward to bedtime and the hot water in the shower worked intermittently for the first person's short shower. Then the hot water stopped completely. When we turned the faucet to hot only, nothing came out for 30 - 45 seconds at a time. Then it would dribble out a little for about 30 seconds. Stop. Repeat. The beds were hard and pillows flat. Everytime someone rolled over in the king sized bed, there were creaks/cracking sounds that woke us up. When we informed staff that we had no hot water, they said, "Thanks for letting us know." Some of our group didn't even get a shower. It was a terrible stay and it feels like a completely different hotel than what these reviews state.

Lovely place

Lovely place. Very friendly and helpful front desk. We were very happy with their charming restaurant which is open late. The shuttlle to the airport or train station is very convenient
