We were waiting almost two hours outside the property and nobody instructed us how to check in.

This is a great location, very close to the Duomo. That said, I would never stay here again. The room condition is very poor. Sheets were stained, bathroom floor was dirty. Felt like no one really cleans this place. There is very little decorations.

Posizione ottima, a due passi dal Duomo. Ho chiesto se si poteva anticipare l’orario del check-in pagando ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta, nonostante li abbia contattati più volte. Ma per il resto tutto ottimo
