If you are looking for a retreat with shopping, food exploration and Italian local flavors do your self a favor and stay here. My fiancé and I stayed in the suite and OMG, the space it has was amazing, walking distance to Duomo. There is a grocery store near by, and a coffee shop that offers breakfast and delicious paninis.

The room was fine, but the front desk is hardly open. We had to buy our own toilet paper when we ran out. Also, we had a lost suitcase arrive on Friday and we weren’t able to pick it up until Sunday. Hours before we left. Trying to get in touch with the front desk is almost impossible. We had to wear the same clothes our entire stay. I would not stay here again for this reason.
