Dusty. This is Texas, and this is a dust bowl. The cottages are cute and for a one nighter it was almost fun! Downside, no coffee for the coffee pot :(. Beds are spring mattresses so don’t expect soft cushy comfort. Everything else was great!

Unique in that it was a lot of prefab 1 room and 4 room modules. Great for a man camp. The odor in the room was horrible and so strong I could taste it in my mouth. A number of things could be improved with a sharp maintenance guy.

It was an amazing stay for my kids and I, other than my youngest daughter finding someone used rag with bodily fluids stuffed between the wall and bed. Only reason she found it was because her stuffy slid between them

People in the office were nice. The room had minimal accommodations and was very small.

Clean and basic. No frills but everything worked. Will stay again. If you simply want a place to sleep and shower this is the place! Bring your own toiletries, hangers and coffee.
