Room for eight people and four cars in nice neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants.

Location was close to Miami airport, but noise was not a problem. We enjoyed the swimming pool and grilling steaks in the fenced back yard. Host was helpful. Our family had a nice week there after our grandson graduated at Univ of M.

Overall, it was a nice stay. Property was clean and matched what is shown on the listing. It does appear to be an older home though, so it has a few quirks here and there like the boards on the porch give a little underweight, the floors are uneven inside due to what appear to be some settling of the home, some of the floor tiles are broken, etc. Two bigger things that I hope they address would be that in the main bedroom, the ac was not cooling well so we struggled to get a good night sleep, and then the door to the master bath is a pocket door and was completely off the tracks so we had to struggle a little to pull it open/closed. HOWEVER, the property was in a good location, very clean, roomy and the hosts were very attentive/responsive to our correspondence and very helpful when we had someone from our party leave behind some keys after checkout. All in all, I would recommend this property.

Great Location just missing a few essentials

The location and home was great. However, there was just a lack of essentials one would expect to have at a VRBO- bath cloths, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, extra towels, to name a few. We have had some that even have coffee pods, but that wasn't the deal breaker for 5 stars. The lack of bath cloths and towels did it for most of us.

The home is sufficient but in need of some attention. The master bath door does not close, which is an issue since there are only 2 baths for 4 bedrooms. Lots of plugs do not work either. Just minor maintenance issues that would have made a huge difference in our stay

Let me start off by stating how MARVELOUS Diego is.... His hospitality and professionalism 💙👍 We really enjoyed our stay... The house has EVERYTHING you need... Diego communicates very well.... The location is perfect it's literally next to everything including MIAMI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (8 MINS AWAY BY CAR).... It was a great house and the owners were easy to get ahold of. They really helped us out with early check ins and a later check out. Only negative is the constant airplane noise since it is so close to the airport.

Enjoyed my birthday stay here couldn’t have it any other way. Diego and wife was very attentive and helped us with the area and walk through the home. The home was lovely everything was clean and bed is comfortable!!! Shopping, Eatery’s, and Beach was not far. Home was convenient to go anywhere everything was 30 mins or less away. Quiet area. Highly recommend and will book further trips to come to Miami again !

This was me and my family first time renting, and it was amazing. From the time of arrival to leaving. The communication was within min. They answered any question I had and helped with any need. The pool was amazing even left a pool cleaner if we needed to use. Our whole family was comfortable the neighborhood was safe and 5 min from the air port. Food places was walking distance alone with bars ect. Amazing family! would recommend to any family.
